Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town was created for the purpose of attracting companies in the promising new technology industry leading the era of the 4th industrial revolution and building a self-sufficient knowledge industrial complex that combines cutting-edge business functions, education, culture, and residential functions.
Gwacheon 11-2BL. aims to move in by 2024, led by the FNI Consortium, which leads a young and creative corporate culture., and sales/PR facilities. Accessibility was maximized by planning sunken lamps using open decks and escalators, and a plan was made to increase the density of the elevation by using ceramic panels and glass, which are the main materials of the elevation, considering the privacy of the office space.
Based on the exterior color guidelines of Gwacheon City, a color plan was made emphasizing a future-oriented image, culture and lifestyle, and eco-friendly low-energy business facilities were implemented through the introduction of new and renewable energy, green building certification, and energy efficiency grade certification.
