As the site is located in the center of the Cheongju Technopolis apartment complex, we aims to be a complex that leads future housing in the center of the city. The layout plan consisting of 3 tower residential buildings and 4 plate-shaped residential buildings created 3 streets and 4 specialized spaces to create a complex in harmony with the city and nature.
