Having established the local joint venture TMI in Qingdao with Tiantai Group of China, Mooyoung A&E is promoting Korea's leading residential culture in the Chinese continent. The Yanggwang Beach Housing in Qingtao, which was built in the early years of TMI, was awarded the Best Architecture Award from the Chinese Government in 2003. Since then, it has designed various projects including Qingdao Golf Course, Fuxianggu Street Mall, Shilla-bang Housing in Qingdao and Pudong Business Building in Shanghai.

The Success in Vietnam, achieved by bold challenging spirit of Mooyoung family

Mooyoung A&E is also creating its own Korean Wave of architecture in Vietnam. Beginning with the development of Danang and Hanoi Advanced New Towns, it's portfolio in Vietnam includes the Vantri Marsh Housing and Giangvo Mixed-use Complex. In November 2006, Mooyoung A&E has been selected to design Danang Administration Center, becoming the first Korean A&E firm to be selected for a large overseas government building. And in December 2007, it surpassed the famous A&E firms from leading nations and was selected to design Viendong Meridian Tower and surprised the global architectural society.

Successfully Entering the Middle Eastern Market by Combining Local Culture and Korean Architecture

Mooyoung A&E's technologies are also shining in the Islamic nations of the Middle East. Being selected to design the Dhofar Municipality Main Building in Oman in January 2008, it has been selected as Korea's first A&E firm to design a large government building in the middle east. The Dhofar Municipality Main Building has been evaluated to create haromy of the Islamic culture and modern architectural beauty.
