The project to develop a new residential and commercial complex in the Guri Galmae Station area is the first project of LH's Substitute Land Development competition and aims to develop a residential and commercial complex to create a landmark in the Guri Galmae Station area. This project concept is "THE GATE: GALMAE", a complex development project that becomes the gateway at the beginning of the Guri Galmae Station area. The main goal of project is to develop commercial districts that naturally flow in foot traffic from walking and communicating streets and to provide a comfortable residential environment in towers that serve as landmarks at the gateway. The complex was planned to become a link space in the Galmae district as connecting nature, nearby parks and Bulamcheon Stream around the complex to the outside space in our project and a plaza within the complex where the foot traffic to Byeollae Station can naturally stay.
