Under the theme of ‘a park within a park’, this design proposes a nature-friendly, high-quality, future residential space utilizing the location within an ecological compound facing the Tan-cheon stream while enjoying the view of Mounts Cheonggyo, Kanggyo and Bulgok. Pedestrian traffic is fully separated from vehicles with a two-dimensional moving line using a deck system, while safe and pleasant parking spaces on the first level above ground and the first underground level feature sufficient sunlight and ventilation. The block identity is given by the facade profile with various elements formed by the low, middle and high story ranges of the residential buildings in the deck section design for the block exterior.
